02 · Why transparency

The market is there.
You just can’t see it.

For companies

Anyone looking for a provider for marketplaces, content or advertising rarely knows more than the three who call first. The really good ones stay undiscovered.

For service providers

Projects start quietly – as a job posting, a new channel, a growing shop. Whoever hears too late loses the deal to the loudest competitor, not the best one.

Our answer

We make every project visible as soon as it emerges and bring it to the providers who deliver exactly that service best.

The best work should win – not the biggest sales budget.

03 · How it works

See. Match.
Close.

  1. See

We read public signals – such as job postings for marketplace, shop and e-commerce roles – and turn them into projects with a clear service and region.

  2. Match

Each project is matched with the providers who deliver exactly that service – by service, region and experience.

  3. Close

Companies get the right partner, providers get the right project. No cold outreach on the off chance.

05 · For providers

Take the projects
before your competitors do.

Agencies, freelancers and tool vendors see where their service is needed right now – in their region, in their niche. Whoever is in early dominates their market.

  • Projects by serviceFull-service management, content, retail media, account, OTTO, social commerce, multichannel, monitoring.
  • First inProjects become visible as they emerge – not once everyone else knows about them.
  • The best winsThe best fit gets the project. Not the loudest.

06 · Watch or buy

Without KAUFN

  • Projects go to whoever calls first
  • Companies compare three instead of thirty providers
  • Good specialists stay invisible

With KAUFN

  • Every open project at a glance
  • Providers by service and region
  • The best solution wins the market

In the end, whoever sees the market first – and moves first – wins it.

Questions and
answers.

What is KAUFN.COM?

KAUFN.COM is a project market for e-commerce in Germany. We show open e-commerce projects – such as marketplace channels, online shops and advertising on Amazon or OTTO – and connect companies with the service providers who deliver exactly that service best.

Why is it called KAUFN?

KAUFN comes from the German verb “kaufen” – to buy – with the E cut out. We removed it like every detour between project and deal: see the project, find the right provider, close.

Where do the projects come from?

From public job postings of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). When a company hires a marketplace manager or names Amazon as its own sales channel, for example, we map that to the matching services. Data as of 4 November 2026: 979 open projects.

Why are company names not shown?

Projects are shown anonymously in public. We share the company name and source only with service providers who fit the project.

How do I find the right e-commerce service provider as a company?

Describe your project in the contact form. We get back to you with providers who match the service and region.

How do I get access to projects as a service provider?

Tell us your services and regions via the contact form. We review your details and get in touch as soon as matching projects are available.

Which services does KAUFN.COM cover?

Nine service areas: Full-service marketplace management, Product content & listing SEO, Retail media & marketplace advertising, Reviews & reputation, Account & marketplace operations, OTTO Market, Social commerce & TikTok Shop, Multichannel (eBay, Kaufland, Zalando …), Price & Buy Box monitoring.

Are there projects across all of Germany?

Yes. There are currently open projects in 16 of 16 German states, most of them in North Rhine-Westphalia (227), Bavaria (199), Baden-Württemberg (116).
